١. مقدمة

نحن في Yours Form نولي خصوصية بياناتك أهمية قصوى. توضح سياسة الخصوصية هذه كيفية جمعنا، واستخدامنا، وحمايتنا للمعلومات الشخصية التي تقدمها عند استخدامك لتطبيقنا على منصة Shopify أو موقعنا الإلكتروني.

٢. البيانات التي نجمعها

معلومات الاتصال: الاسم الكامل، رقم الهاتف، عنوان البريد الإلكتروني.
معلومات الطلب: عنوان التوصيل، تفاصيل المنتج، خيارات المقاس واللون، ملاحظات إضافية.
بيانات الاستخدام: عنوان IP، نوع المتصفح، الصفحات التي تزورها داخل موقعنا.
بيانات متجر Shopify: معرف المتجر، بيانات المنتجات، سجل الطلبات (لتوفير تجربة مخصصة).

٣. كيفية استخدام بياناتك

لتأكيد ومعالجة طلبات الشراء عبر متجرك على Shopify.
للتواصل معك بشأن طلبك أو تحديثات الخدمة.
لتحسين تجربة المستخدم وتطوير خدماتنا.
لإرسال عروض ترويجية (في حال وافقت على ذلك).
لتكامل سلس مع تطبيق Yours Form لإدارة الفورم والطلبات.

٤. حماية البيانات

نستخدم إجراءات أمنية تقنية وإدارية متطورة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول غير المصرح به، أو التغيير، أو الإفصاح، أو التدمير. يتم تشفير جميع البيانات أثناء النقل وعند التخزين. ومع ذلك، لا يمكن ضمان أمان نقل البيانات عبر الإنترنت بنسبة ١٠٠٪.

٥. ملفات تعريف الارتباط (Cookies)

استخدام بيانات جوجل لإنشاء وإدارة الطلبات

أولاً: البيانات التي يتم الوصول إليها

يصل تطبيقنا إلى بيانات حساب Google الخاص بك عبر واجهات برمجة التطبيقات (APIs) الرسمية، وذلك للأغراض التالية فقط:

جداول بيانات Google (Google Sheets): نصل إلى جداول البيانات لإنشاء جداول جديدة، وقراءة البيانات منها، وتحديثها، وحذف الصفوف عند إدارة الطلبات.
Google Drive: نصل إلى مجلد Drive الخاص بك لعرض وإدارة الملفات التي أنشأها التطبيق فقط (مثل جداول البيانات)، ولا نطلع على أي ملفات أخرى خارج نطاق التطبيق.
معلومات الحساب الأساسية: نصل إلى معرف البريد الإلكتروني الأساسي لربط حسابك بالتطبيق وتفعيل خاصية التوثيق (OAuth).

ثانياً: كيفية استخدام هذه البيانات

البيانات المسترجعة من Google تُستخدم حصرياً لتقديم وظيفة التطبيق الأساسية، وهي:

إنشاء جداول بيانات جديدة مخصصة لتخزين وإدارة الطلبات التي يدخلها المستخدم.
كتابة بيانات الطلبات الجديدة وتحديث حالاتها داخل الجدول المخصص.
حذف أو أرشفة جداول البيانات عند طلب المستخدم.

نؤكد أننا لا نستخدم هذه البيانات لأغراض التسويق، أو الإعلانات، أو تدريب نماذج الذكاء الاصطناعي.

ثالثاً: مشاركة البيانات ونقلها

لا نقوم مطلقاً ببيع أو مشاركة أو نقل بيانات جداول Google أو Drive الخاصة بك إلى أي طرف ثالث. جميع البيانات تبقى محصورة بين تطبيق Shopify الخاص بك (المنصة) وبين حساب Google الخاص بك.

رابعاً: حماية البيانات

نحن نحمي بيانات Google الخاصة بك عن طريق:

تشفير جميع رموز الوصول (Access & Refresh Tokens) المخزنة في قاعدة بيانات التطبيق.
نقل جميع البيانات عبر بروتوكول HTTPS المشفر.
تطبيق مبدأ “الحد الأدنى من الصلاحيات” (Least Privilege) حيث نطلب فقط النطاقات الضرورية للغاية.

خامساً: الاحتفاظ بالبيانات وحذفها

نحتفظ ببيانات الاتصال (الرموز) وجداول البيانات طالما أن المستخدم لديه جلسة نشطة مع التطبيق.

يمكنك في أي وقت:

إلغاء صلاحية التطبيق بالكامل من خلال إعدادات حساب Google الخاص بك (Google Account > Security > Third-party apps).
حذف جداول البيانات التي أنشأها التطبيق يدوياً من Drive.
إلغاء تثبيت التطبيق من متجر Shopify، مما يؤدي إلى حذف جميع الرموز المخزنة تلقائياً.

سادساً: بيان الامتثال لسياسة “الاستخدام المحدود” من Google (إلزامي)

“إن استخدام البيانات الأولية أو المشتقة المستلمة من واجهات برمجة تطبيقات Workspace (بما في ذلك جداول البيانات وDrive) سوف يلتزم بسياسة Google لبيانات المستخدم، بما في ذلك متطلبات الاستخدام المحدود.”

Shopify Store Data: Store ID, product data, order history (to provide a personalized experience).

To confirm and process your orders through your Shopify store.

We implement advanced technical and administrative security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data is encrypted during transmission and at rest. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to enhance website performance and personalize content based on your preferences. You can disable them in your browser settings, but this may affect some site functionalities.

6. Your Rights

Right to access your personal data.
Right to correct or update your data.
Right to delete your data (within legal and commercial limits).

Google Data Usage for Order Creation & Management

1. Data We Access

Our application accesses your Google account data via official APIs, strictly for the following purposes:

Google Sheets: We access spreadsheets to create new sheets, read data, update cells, and delete rows when managing orders.
Google Drive: We access your Drive to view and manage files created exclusively by this app (such as spreadsheets). We do not access any other files outside the app’s scope.
Basic Account Info: We access your primary email address to link your account to the app and enable OAuth authentication.

2. How We Use This Data

Data retrieved from Google is used exclusively to provide the app’s core functionality:

Creating new spreadsheets dedicated to storing and managing user-submitted orders.
Writing new order data and updating order statuses within the dedicated sheet.
Deleting or archiving spreadsheets upon user request.

We confirm that we do not use this data for marketing, advertising, or training AI/ML models.

3. Data Sharing & Transfer

We never sell, share, or transfer your Google Sheets or Drive data to any third party. All data remains strictly between your Shopify app environment and your Google Account.

4. Data Protection

We protect your Google data by:

Encrypting all stored Access and Refresh Tokens in the app database.
Transmitting all data over encrypted HTTPS protocols.
Applying the “Least Privilege” principle by requesting only the most necessary scopes.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain connection data (tokens) and spreadsheets as long as the user has an active session with the app.

You can at any time:

Revoke the app’s access entirely via your Google Account settings (Google Account > Security > Third-party apps).
Manually delete the spreadsheets created by the app from your Drive.
Uninstall the app from your Shopify store, which will automatically delete all stored tokens.

6. Limited Use Compliance Statement (Mandatory)

“The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs (including Sheets and Drive) will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.”
