١. قبول الشروط

باستخدامك لتطبيق Yours Form (الفورم المؤتمت بالكامل للتجار الإلكترونيين) على منصة Shopify، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بشروط الخدمة هذه. إذا كنت لا توافق على أي جزء من هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق أو الموقع.

٢. وصف الخدمة

يوفر تطبيق Yours Form نظامًا متكاملاً لإنشاء فورم طلبات احترافي للجملة والتجزئة والخدمات على منصة Shopify، مع ميزات متقدمة مثل استعادة الرسائل المتروكة، وحساب الشحن، والتكامل مع Google Sheets وWebhooks المخصصة.

٣. مسؤولية المستخدم

توفير معلومات دقيقة وصحيحة عند استخدام الفورم.
الامتناع عن استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني أو ضار.
احترام حقوق الملكية الفكرية للشركة وعدم نسخ أو إعادة بيع الكود البرمجي دون إذن.
تحمل مسؤولية أمان بيانات عملائك عند استخدامك للتطبيق.

٤. الدفع والاسترداد

الدفع: يتم الدفع عبر بوابات الدفع الإلكترونية المتاحة على منصة Shopify (Shopify Payments أو غيرها).
الاسترداد: نقدم ضمان استرداد المال خلال ١٤ يومًا من تاريخ الشراء إذا لم تكن الخدمة مطابقة للوصف.
التجديد: يتم تجديد الاشتراكات الشهرية أو السنوية تلقائيًا عبر Shopify ما لم يتم إلغاؤها قبل ٢٤ ساعة من موعد التجديد.

٥. التحديثات والدعم الفني

نوفر تحديثات دورية للتطبيق لضمان التوافق مع أحدث إصدارات منصة Shopify وإضافة ميزات جديدة. يشمل الدعم الفني الإجابة على الاستفسارات وحل المشكلات التقنية الأساسية خلال ٢٤-٤٨ ساعة عمل.

نقدم التطبيق “كما هو” دون أي ضمانات صريحة أو ضمنية. لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي أضرار مباشرة أو غير مباشرة ناتجة عن استخدام التطبيق، بما في ذلك فقدان البيانات أو الأرباح.

٨. الإنهاء

يحق لنا إنهاء أو تعليق وصولك إلى التطبيق فورًا، دون إشعار مسبق، في حال مخالفتك لأي من شروط الخدمة هذه.

٩. القانون الحاكم

تخضع هذه الشروط وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين الجمهورية الجزائرية، وتخضع أي نزاعات للاختصاص القضائي لمحاكم الجزائر.

١٠. التكامل مع خدمات جوجل (Google Sheets و Drive)

يعتمد تطبيقنا على واجهات برمجة تطبيقات جوجل (Google Sheets API و Google Drive API) لتقديم خدمة إنشاء وإدارة الطلبات. باستخدامك للخدمة، فإنك توافق على ربط حسابك في جوجل مع التطبيق، وتفويضه للوصول إلى جداول بيانات جوجل وملفات Drive التي ينشئها التطبيق أو يعالجها.

أنت تتحمل المسؤولية الكاملة عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات اعتماد حساب جوجل الخاص بك، ونحن لا نتحمل مسؤولية أي وصول غير مصرح به ناتج عن إهمالك. كما أننا لا نخزن أو نشارك بيانات جوجل الخاصة بك مع أي طرف ثالث، وجميع عمليات القراءة والكتابة تتم وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Yours Form app (the fully automated form for e-commerce merchants) on the Shopify platform, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app or website.

2. Service Description

The Yours Form app provides an integrated system for creating a professional order form for wholesale, retail, and services on the Shopify platform, featuring advanced capabilities such as abandoned cart recovery, shipping calculations, Google Sheets integration, and custom Webhooks.

3. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate and truthful information when using the form.
Refrain from using the app for any illegal or harmful purposes.
Respect the company’s intellectual property and refrain from copying or reselling the code without permission.
Take responsibility for the security of your customers’ data when using the app.

4. Payment and Refund

Payment: Payments are processed via the available payment gateways on the Shopify platform (Shopify Payments or others).
Refund: We offer a money-back guarantee within 14 days of purchase if the service does not match the description.
Renewal: Monthly or annual subscriptions are automatically renewed via Shopify unless cancelled 24 hours prior to the renewal date.

5. Updates and Support

We provide regular app updates to ensure compatibility with the latest Shopify platform versions and to add new features. Technical support includes responding to inquiries and resolving basic technical issues within 24-48 business hours.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights are reserved for Yours Form. The source code, design, and logos are intellectual property protected by copyright laws. Copying, distributing, or modifying the app without prior written permission is prohibited.

7. Disclaimer

We provide the app “as is” without any express or implied warranties. We are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the app, including data or profit loss.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the app immediately, without prior notice, if you violate any of these Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Algerian courts.

10. Integration with Google Services (Google Sheets & Drive)

Our application relies on Google APIs (Google Sheets API and Google Drive API) to provide order creation and management services. By using the service, you agree to link your Google account with the application and authorize it to access Google Sheets and Drive files created or processed by the app.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Google account credentials, and we are not liable for any unauthorized access resulting from your negligence. We do not store or share your Google data with any third party, and all read/write operations are conducted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
